Moulsham Mill,

The mill is located near the confluence of the Rivers Chelmer & Can, situated on watermeadows. The white-painted timber lap-boarded and brick watermill stands behind the fine Georgian millhouse built in 1785. The mill is mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086.

The mill is reached by taking the sliproad turning signposted to Moulsham Mill just before the Army & Navy roundabout from the A138 Parkway in Chelmsford.

Essex Countryside and Wildlife Course

The Autumn and Spring terms are held in the Conference Room on the first floor at Moulsham Mill in Chelmsford.

The Summer term consists of visits to nearby historic and countryside places of interest, plus there is an annual day out to further afield in the county.

Course Dates
The course consists of 3 terms of evenings PLUS one day extended summer visit.
The class normally meets on Monday evenings at 7.30 - 9.30pm
